Craspedia is easy to grow, producing a bustling skyline of inch-wide golden blossoms on long 20+ inch silver stems perfect for both fresh and dry bouquets. With a 2′ silvery tuft of gorgeous foliage, Craspedia is easy to grow, thriving in poor soil and even in drought.

Harvest for bouquets at full bloom, when spheres are uniformly golden. For straight stems in dry arrangements, hang Craspedia upside down to dry two weeks before arranging.

How To Grow:
Transplant (recommended): Sow 6-8 weeks before the last frost. Cover seeds lightly with vermiculite. Transplant into cell packs or larger containers when seedlings have their second set of true leaves. Harden off and transplant outside after last frost. Support may be needed to ensure straight stems.
