Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days (average 3 business days). Orders ship using the shipping method selected by the buyer at checkout.

Canada Orders:
Delivery times range from 2–14 business days and may be affected by holidays, weather, labour disruptions, or courier delays. Olive Seed Company is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or other couriers.

Letter Mail (Untracked):
Letter mail shipping does not include tracking or insurance. Olive Seed Company cannot trace or verify delivery of letter mail shipments once mailed. By selecting letter mail, the buyer accepts the risk of potential delays or loss associated with untracked shipping. Selecting tracked shipping is always recommended. 

Refunds or replacements for letter mail orders may be provided at the discretion of Olive Seed Company.

Tracked Shipping:

Tracked shipping is available for all Canadian orders and includes delivery confirmation and insurance.

Orders over $125 CAD qualify for free tracked shipping.

Tracked orders may be shipped via Canada Post or an alternative courier at the discretion of Olive Seed Company unless a specific courier is requested by the buyer.
