Germination & Growing Policy
All seeds sold by Olive Seed Company are sourced from reputable wholesalers and are supplied with published germination rates based on proper sowing and growing conditions.
Please note that germination and plant performance depend on many factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

temperature
-
moisture
-
light
-
soil quality
-
storage conditions after purchase
-
sowing depth and timing
Because we cannot verify how seeds are handled, stored, or grown once they leave our hands, Olive Seed Company cannot guarantee germination results and is not responsible for poor or failed germination.
That said, if you believe there may be a genuine issue with seed quality, please contact me with details of your growing conditions. Concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and replacements or refunds may be offered at the discretion of Olive Seed Company.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like ANY opened seed package, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with it's seal undamaged, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you must return it at your own expense. We charge a 15% re-stocking fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less the restocking fee) within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at oliveseedcompany@gmail.com.
