Q. What is your turnaround time?

A. Orders ship within 2-3 business days (minus holidays) of being placed.


Q. Do you provide tracking?

A. No, all orders are shipped by lettermail, without tracking.


Q. I'm going out of town. Do you hold orders?

A. Potentially for a short while. You must contact us prior to placing the order.


Q. Are your seeds certified organic?

A. No, but we don’t use any chemicals; all pest control uses organic ingredients.

 

Q. Do you grow or sell GMO seed?

A. No, we do not. We sell hybrid seeds, but not gmo.

  

Q. Do you ship outside of Canada?

A. No. At this time we only ship in Canada.

 

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

 

Q. Do you grow your own seed?

A. We both grow and import from growers we trust.

Q. How do you ensure seed germination?

A. We only bring in seeds from growers with top quality, and who provide us with their germination percentage. On top of that we germination checks on the seeds that come from our crops multiple times a year.

Q. What about returns?

A. Outside of company error, we do not accept returns. A lot goes into the germination of a seed: temp, soil, water, sunlight, seed depth. Because we don't control how a seed is planted, we cannot guarantee germination.  But contact us, because we will try and work with you. 

Special situations may require a return. The buyer must contact us prior to sending the order back. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Q. Can I save seeds from your seeds?

A. Yes!

Q. Do you take requests from customers?

A. Yes, we're happy to hear from you! We will try our best to source the highest quality seeds.
