Q. What is your turnaround time?
A. Orders ship within 3–5 business days (excluding holidays) from the date the order is placed.


Q. Do you provide tracking?
A. Yes. Tracked shipping is available for all Canadian orders.
Orders over $64.99 CAD require tracked shipping, and orders over $125 CAD qualify for free tracked shipping.

Letter mail is untracked and does not include insurance.


Q. I’m going out of town — do you hold orders?
A. Possibly, for a short period. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm.


Q. Are your seeds certified organic?
A. No, our seeds are not certified organic. However, we do not use chemical pest control — all pest management uses organic ingredients.


Q. Do you grow or sell GMO seed?
A. No. I sell both open-pollinated and hybrid seeds, but I do not sell GMO seeds.


Q. Do you ship outside of Canada?
A. No. At this time, I ship within Canada only.


Q. Where are you located?
A. Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.


Q. Do you grow your own seed?
A. Yes — I grow some of my own seed and import from trusted growers.


Q. How do you ensure seed germination?
A. I source seeds from reputable growers who provide germination rates based on proper growing conditions.


Q. What about poor germination or returns?
A.  Germination depends on many factors including temperature, soil, moisture, light, and planting depth — all of which are outside our control.

That said, if you believe there may be a genuine issue with seed quality, please contact us and we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.

Special situations may require a return. The buyer must contact me within 7 days of delivery, oliveseedcompany@gmail.com. All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Q. Can I save seeds from your seeds?
A. Yes! Most of our seeds can be saved. Keep in mind that hybrid varieties may not come true to type.


Q. Do you take requests from customers?
A. Yes — I love hearing from customers and will always try our best to source high-quality seeds.
